We are now seeking a business development manager with a focus on digitalization and welfare technology who wants to take a key role in this work.\n\nThis is a new role in the organization, which means great opportunities to influence, shape working methods, and set direction for digitalization efforts going forward.\n\nWith us, you will work both strategically and operationally, from shaping key decisions to implementing concrete improvements that make a real difference for both residents and employees in a socially important operation.\n\nAs a business development manager, you lead and coordinate digitalization efforts within both the Employment and Welfare Administration and the Health and Care Administration. You collaborate closely with managers, employees, and system administrators, as well as with the municipality's central development and digitalization unit, information security coordinator, and the municipal IT company Unikom.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education in IT, digitalization, or other education\/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should also have good knowledge of digitalization's opportunities and challenges in welfare operations, as well as a strong ability to communicate with both technical and operations-focused stakeholders.\n\nExperience leading projects, facilitating workshops, training courses, or development groups within the public sector is a merit.
