You meet young people with complex challenges and need to be able to stand firm even when things get stormy.\nThe work is independent and you'll have great trust and responsibility, but you'll never be alone. You have colleagues to discuss things with, present leadership, regular supervision, and access to specialist expertise. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to get to know several of Samskapa's operations and build broad experience in treatment work.\nThe work also involves collaboration with social services, schools, guardians, and other important people around the young person. Documentation is a natural part of the assignment.\n \nWe're looking for someone who has:\nRelevant post-secondary education, such as social pedagogy, social work, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.\nExperience working with young people, preferably in HVB or similar operations.\nVery good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.\nB-level driver's license, as the work involves travel between our operations.\n\n \nWe consider it a merit if you have:\nExperience working with young people with ADHD, self-harm behaviors, OCD, eating disorders, or other challenging behaviors.\nKnowledge of low-arousal approaches and experience handling threatening or challenging situations.\nBasic knowledge of BBIC.\nExperience with documentation in journal systems.\n\n \nWho are we looking for?\nSomeone who doesn't back down when things get difficult.
