She lives with her family and needs support in her daily life to live an active, safe and meaningful life. This position is right for you if you have a genuine interest in working with people, have patience, warmth and a natural ability to create security in interaction with others.\n\nAbout the assignment\n\nAs a personal assistant, you will be an important support in both daily routines and various activities. You help her with hygiene, getting dressed and light cooking, and are there as support in structure, communication and social interaction.\n\nShe enjoys being outdoors and appreciates activities such as walks, play and outdoor time in different environments. She also likes creative and playful activities such as crafts, makeup and nail painting, but at the same time needs calm and clarity in everyday life. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to adapt to her daily mood and combine calm with playful energy.\n\nSometimes situations can be challenging, which makes it important that you are confident, clear in your approach and have a low-affect and solution-focused work style. You need to be able to build trust, cooperate with the family and at the same time take own initiatives when needed.
