You will manage sports fields, bathing areas, the ice hall during season, as well as our trails and paths to ensure our visitors have a pleasant experience. In addition, you will handle some general facility management tasks such as minor repairs, coordination with housing companies, and placing orders. The role includes liaison work with sports associations, Partillebo, and other external partners.\nAs a sports facilities worker, you will work in a team of five people with rotating shifts. Most often you will work together with your team, but sometimes independently. We offer you independent and varied work where you and your team plan and organize your daily tasks together. Working hours are scheduled day and evening shifts plus every fifth weekend.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with experience as a sports facilities worker or equivalent work experience that the employer deems comparable. A driver's license (category B) is required. You need good computer skills and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.\nWe are seeking someone with a service-oriented mindset, which you demonstrate by being calm, attentive, and helpful in your interactions with others, and who has interest, willingness, and ability to help people.
