Through close relationships, support and development, we help our members conduct their operations with high competence and good ethics.\nAbout the Role\nAs a training manager, you will be the natural point of contact between the association and our member companies, large and small, across the country. You build relationships, listen to needs and help companies see the value of development, including through our training initiatives.\nYou will work from our office in \u00c5rstaberg, Stockholm, where you are part of a small and dedicated team. We value being able to share knowledge and collaborate closely with each other, and therefore aim to spend as much time as possible together at the office.\nAt the same time, part of your work takes place with member companies around the country, approximately 75 overnight stays per year.
