Our operations are staffed 24\/7.\n\nAbout the Position\nYou will meet families in vulnerable situations and work both practically and treatment-focused with support, guidance, conversations, and structure in daily life. The work requires presence, working independently, follow-ups, clarity, and genuine commitment.\n\nAs a Family Treatment Specialist with extended responsibility, you will be responsible for functioning as a link between the client and the commissioning body, ensuring the daily operations of the facility, planning, handling and documenting cases, as well as leading meetings and coordinating and distributing work among colleagues.\n\nThe role includes responsibility for scheduling and staffing, and assisting in the introduction of new personnel. You will work closely with the investigation coordinator and the facility manager\/operations director.\n\nEmployment Terms\nWe are now seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time, and working hours are daytime Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:30.\nWe apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date by agreement.
