You lead the department based on decisions made by elected officials and ensure that operations are conducted with high quality, good legal certainty, and a clear focus on residents.\n\nYou are entering an exciting and important time when social services face major changes. A central task will be to lead the department's continued transformation in accordance with the intentions of the new Social Services Act and to take over and further develop the ongoing development work. This includes, among other things, the implementation of Signs of Safety and continuing to develop approaches that strengthen early and preventive measures.
