Now we are seeking a colleague who wants to join us and further develop heart care. With us, you will have great opportunities to encounter many different interesting medical diagnoses across our three departments.\nTasks and work methods\nDepartment 7 is a care unit with 28 beds, of which 7 are HIA beds, and the work is led by two care unit managers in shared leadership. Work on the department is knowledge-intensive, developmental, and exciting, and we provide advanced medical care. We work in teams and with person-centered care alongside nursing assistants, registered nurses, paramedical staff, and physicians for the best conditions to utilize each other's expertise. We are seeking registered nurses for day and evening shifts.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others and wants to be part of our wonderful team where we move the operation forward together, engage in improvement work, and create and develop our department and work methods with patients at the center.\nQualifications\nYou must be a licensed registered nurse, and it is advantageous if you have previous experience from medical care or cardiology\/HIA.\nFor us, it is important that you are driven by being part of developing care with the patient at the center, as well as actively sharing your knowledge with colleagues and enthusiastically learning from your colleagues' expertise.\nThe length of orientation and shadowing will be assessed based on your individual competence to give you the best possible start.
