You work close to production and your team, while bearing responsibility for the operations reaching its goals in quality, delivery, safety, and economics.\nYou report directly to Nova Industri's General Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues within SMS group, including in Germany, regarding the group's standards and guidelines.\nIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to:\nLead, motivate, and develop employees.\nCreate clarity, structure, and engagement in production.\nDrive improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency, and profitability.\nWork close to customers and internal collaboration partners.\nInfluence and develop an operation with strong local roots and international contact points.\n\nYour Main Areas of Responsibility\nLead and plan production to ensure deliveries with the right quality and on time.\nCreate good conditions for a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment.\nFollow up on production results, costs, and profitability.\nWork with budgets, forecasts, and cost control together with the General Manager.\nDrive continuous improvements in work methods, processes, and production flows.\nEnsure that the operation complies with applicable laws, regulations, quality requirements, and ISO standards.\nCollaborate with colleagues within SMS group to follow shared standards and guidelines.\nBuild a culture where safety, quality, accountability, and development are in focus.\n\nWe're Looking for You If\nYou have experience in leadership within production, manufacturing, or other industrial operations. You also have practical understanding of workshop or production environments and thrive being close to operations and employees.\nTo succeed in this role, you need to:\nHave experience leading people and production.\nHave practical experience from a workshop, manufacturing industry, or similar operations.\nBe confident working in a structured way with safety, quality, and deliveries.\nHave good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the role.\nBe comfortable following up on results and making decisions based on operational needs.\n\nAs a person, you are present, clear, and solution-oriented. You build trust by listening, communicating, and following up.
