We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys being where the operation happens and who wants to take responsibility for ensuring that daily production runs smoothly.\nYou need to be able to switch between being close to the daily details and stepping back to see what needs to be developed in the longer term.\nAs a leader, you create structure and clarity, follow up, and take action when something isn't working.
