We work in project-based processes with the children, and the children's interests and voice form the basis for how teaching is designed. We spend a lot of time outdoors and use nature as the foundation for children's learning and development.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nTo lead the educational work in the child group together with colleagues and other staff at the preschool. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that preschool instruction is based on the curriculum. You take responsibility for planning, implementing, and reflecting with your work team and conducting systematic quality work in collaboration with other colleagues and work teams at the preschool. Children should be given new challenges and receive support and stimulation for their development and learning.
