The position we want to fill is a substitute information assistant with a mission as group leader. The temporary assignment runs from November 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Introduction takes place in November when the current group leader intends to be on site. As a group leader, you are an important link between employees and the unit manager. You have a communicative approach, set an example, and follow the agency's routines. The most important task is to tell our visitors about our activities and about the parts of our operations\u2014both the garden and arboretum as well as programs\u2014that visitors can experience on site.\nBoth evening and weekend shifts are included.\nAs a group leader, the following tasks are included:\nLead and organize the group's daily work, including prioritization during busy periods and absences.\nEnsure good hospitality and high service to our visitors.\nHold regular meetings and dialogue with the group and communicate needs to the unit manager.\nIntroduce seasonal employees and participate in recruitment according to procedure.\nHandle short-term leave requests and sick leave reports according to applicable procedures.\nEnsure work is performed according to safe procedures and handle deviations as needed.
