You work close to people who need help, while contributing to a lawful and sustainable social service.\n\nAs a social secretary, you work with the exercise of authority and ensuring that people get the right support based on their needs. You meet people in different life situations and work to strengthen their conditions and quality of life.\n\nThe role includes, among other things:\n\n- Following up on decided interventions for placed children and ensuring that they meet the individual's needs,\n\n- Investigating and assessing needs according to SoL and LVU, and making decisions about interventions,\n\n- Documenting cases according to applicable legislation and regulations,\n\n- Collaborating with other actors such as schools, healthcare and police for comprehensive support,\n\n- Providing advice, support and guidance\n\n- Working preventively and identifying needs for early interventions,\n\n- Contributing to development and quality assurance within the unit.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou who apply have good knowledge of relevant legislation, such as SoL and LVU.
