You express your views in pedagogical development matters and in the team's work. You belong to work team 2-3 and have full responsibility for assessment and classroom instruction for grade 2. You adapt your teaching based on students and situation. In your role as teacher\/pedagogical staff at the unit, you are responsible together with concerned colleagues for students' development and goal achievement.
