In Laholm, as a case handler, you always have a co-handler and close and accessible support from both a senior social worker and a unit manager. We have a strong conviction that as an investigating social worker you should never have to be alone in the difficult processes and decisions that are our mission, and that it is of utmost importance that we have many \"sounding boards\" to do the best and most legally sound work possible.\nOur investigations are conducted based on BBiC, and we use Signs of Safety and a solution-focused approach as our perspective and tools for our risk and safety assessments. You need to be well versed in current legislation. We hope that you have previous experience with government work with children and young people.
