We are responsible for technical support within the Swedish Public Employment Service's IT environment and serve as an important link between users and specialists in various IT areas.\n \nJob Description\nAs a Servicedesk employee, your primary responsibility is to support our users by receiving error reports via phone, email, and web forms. You will also, to some extent, handle orders and requests, as well as provide support and guidance. You will work in both first and second-level support.\nYou will handle calls through our contact management platform, and you'll document and manage all cases in ServiceNow. You'll work closely with your colleagues, primarily within your work group, but may also need to collaborate with others within our unit and across the agency.\nOur working hours are Monday-Friday 7:48 AM-4:30 PM.
