Since you will be working for several different clients, you need to be able to adapt to different people, routines and working methods.\nAbove all, we are looking for someone who wants to be a recurring and stable substitute with us and who has the ability to step in when regular assistants are sick, on leave or when other needs arise.\n \nExperience with personal assistance or other care work is a merit, but personal chemistry and the right attitude are equally important.\n \nYou need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well since, as a personal assistant, you sometimes help the client to communicate in different situations.\n \nAbout the employment\nThis is a demand-based employment (hourly substitute) where you are booked for one work shift at a time. You indicate yourself in our booking system which days and times you are available.\n \nWorking hours vary and can be scheduled for day, evening, night and weekends. Rullarnas' goal is to provide both clients and staff with the best possible conditions to feel secure in their roles.
