They work with facilities management such as building maintenance, heating system and ventilation maintenance and operation for approximately 77,000 m\u00b2 of municipal facilities and approximately 29,000 m\u00b2 of properties (Ragunda Bostad) including tourist facilities.\n\n2 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nDo you want varied and practical work? Then this might be the job for you!\nAs a member of our team, you will be an important part of our workforce and work together with other staff on the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the municipality's housing, facilities, and properties. Your workdays will be varied and you'll have the opportunity to work both independently and with colleagues.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\nRepairs and maintenance in the municipality's apartments.\nRoutine maintenance and inspection of our facilities and properties.\nTroubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.\nContact with tenants and others who use our premises and facilities.\nContributing to ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and pleasant.\nYou will also be part of an on-call rotation, which means you may assist with urgent matters outside regular working hours.\n\nThe substitute positions are based in Hammarstrand and Bispg\u00e5rden.\n\nWe're looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping others.
