As a substitute, you will play an important part in managing and continuing the work during the regular federation director's absence, while also having the opportunity to contribute your own perspectives, experiences, and ideas.\n\nYour Assignment:\n\nThe Act on Financial Coordination of Rehabilitation Measures (Finsam) enables the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and regions to collaborate through coordination federations. V\u00e4rNa finances initiatives that strengthen collaboration and provide people aged 16\u201365 in Nacka and V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 better opportunities to move toward employment and financial independence.\n\nAs federation director, you work on behalf of V\u00e4rNa's board and are responsible for preparing matters, implementing decisions, and following up on activities, finances, and results. You lead the work of the preparation group, drive business development and environmental monitoring, and represent the federation in various contexts.\n\nThe role is independent and involves close collaboration with the federation's member organizations, initiative coordinators, multi-agency teams, and other coordination federations.\n\nIs This You?\n\nWe believe you are a goal-oriented person who can listen and take in others' perspectives. You are flexible and self-directed and enjoy creating results. If you are also proactive and have a passion for effective collaboration with others, this could be the role you're looking for. The role of federation director requires the ability to be objective, impartial, and able to rise above sectorial thinking and formulate goals that encompass multiple parties' mandates. Your ability to maintain a holistic perspective is well-developed, and you have the ability to prioritize and maintain focus when the environment and conditions change. You have good organizational understanding and can translate this into operations.
