Education in accordance with the introductory chapter of the curriculum and instruction in accordance with course syllabi are the focus of the acute school's activities, but you are expected to have a holistic perspective on the student and their entire school day.\nAn important responsibility is to collaborate with other actors around the student, such as guardians, the student's home school, child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP), police, and social services. In all collaboration, you must ensure and protect the school's mission while also safeguarding the student's right to education and their conditions for learning.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking someone with a degree in social work and at least two years of experience in social work focused on children and youth. You have experience working as a school counselor and\/or working with youth exhibiting norm-breaking behavior and antisocial issues. The position requires assessment competency. It is meritorious if you have an established network and insight into social services organization.\nYou have good knowledge of the school's goals and governing documents, understanding of other government agencies such as child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP), and knowledge of practices and guidelines in this field.\nThe assignment requires a flexible approach, initiative, good collaboration skills, and a positive view of students.
