Together, we create a work environment where both students and employees are engaged and work toward each other's success.\nJob Responsibilities\nWe are now looking for a substitute teacher in Swedish and English for the care and social services program. In your role as a teacher, you will teach and work with a student group that during their secondary education is prepared for work within care and social services, but you may also work parts of the position in other programs at the school. Your role, in addition to teaching, is to also support students as a mentor by having knowledge of their needs, following their studies, and being involved in the goal of helping them achieve their secondary education diploma. You have experience and a strong ability to collaborate with teachers, student support services, employers, and families for the student's benefit.\nAs a teacher at Burg\u00e5rdens gymnasium, you will be part of a whole where we work together so that students reach their full potential both in school and in their professional practice.\nYou should be clear and structured.
