You work closely with patients and contribute to safety, support, and a good care environment. The work is varied and you take responsibility both independently and together with colleagues on the team.\n\nPart of the work also involves documentation and record-keeping according to our routines in Cambio Cosmic. As a caregiver, you are an important part of daily safety in the department. Work tasks vary depending on which department you work in, which gives you the opportunity to meet different patients, situations, and different aspects of psychiatric care.\n\nAs an hourly-paid employee with us, you work on a recurring basis according to the needs of the operations and your availability. You will primarily cover acute absences, but also planned absences that may be several weeks in advance. This could include illness, childcare, reduced working hours, or other absences. In this way, you become an important part of the operations and contribute to continuity and safety for our patients.\n\nTo maintain contact regarding work shifts and availability, you need to have access to a mobile phone, as communication takes place digitally.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe would like to see that you are a trained caregiver, have completed a healthcare and care program, or have other relevant education. If you have previous experience working in psychiatry, that is a merit, as is experience from work where you have met and supported people.\n\nYou do not need formal caregiver training to apply. We also welcome you if you have experience working with people and are interested in developing yourself within psychiatry. What is most important to us is that you have good communication skills and are calm, attentive, responsible, and confident in meeting with other people.\n\nSince you as an hourly-paid employee may work in different departments, we would like to see that you are flexible and have the ability to work in multiple parts of the operations.
