As a support pedagogue, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, nurses, and the operations manager. You will have some responsibility for the educational work in the operation and work closely with clients in their daily lives.\nIn this role, you work with:\n\nProviding individual support, care, and service interventions\n\n\nReinforcing clarifying pedagogy\n\n\nPlanning and implementing activities with clients\n\n\nCarrying out delegated health and care tasks\n\n\nWho Are You?\nAs a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of support pedagogue requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
