With us, you'll have significant personal responsibility to drive this change work, while also being responsible for ongoing finance.\nYou'll work closely with Infotiv's management, department heads, and business support, reporting directly to the CEO and becoming an important contact person\/superuser for our systems. The position is based at our office in central Gothenburg. We practice \"Office first,\" though remote work does occur to some extent.\nYour Main Responsibilities\n\nOngoing Finance & Accounts: Responsible for ongoing accounting, invoicing, tax filings, accruals, and monthly and annual financial statements (with support from Kleer).\n\n\nAnalysis & Follow-up: Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of results, revenue, and liquidity for management and business managers.\n\n\nProject Finance & Receivables\/Payables: Manage customer and supplier accounts, project finance, subcontractors, and group finance with internal transactions.\n\n\nOperations & System Development: Drive the development of the finance function's ways of working, serve as superuser\/contact person for the finance system, and handle IT-related finance matters (system adaptations, vendor contact, data protection\/GDPR).\n\nWho Are You?\nWe believe you'll thrive and succeed in this role if you:\n\nHave relevant finance education and at least 6 years of experience with broad finance work\/controlling.\n\n\nCommunicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\n\n\nAre comfortable with systems and tools \u2013 you have good experience with Excel\/Office 365, and we see it as a major plus if you have experience with Kleer and curiosity about AI tools (such as Claude or Copilot) to streamline your day.\n\n\nTake ownership and deliver high quality: You have a structured way of working and stay calm even when the pace picks up.\n\n\nSee the bigger picture and explain the simple in the complex: You understand the numbers behind results and key metrics and can convey insights in an educational way to others in the organization.\n\n\nAre curious and open to change: You spot improvement potential and like to take your own initiatives to simplify and streamline.\n\n\nBecome Part of Infotiv \u2013 Warm Heart and Sharp Mind\nAs an employee at Infotiv, you'll be part of an open and warm community where we support each other.
