You have experience in treatment work, preferably in municipal outpatient services. It is meritorious if you have further training in, for example, CRA, \u00c5P, conversations about freedom, and conversations about violence.\n\nIn your work as a treatment specialist, you should be confident in your professional role and be able to meet people in need of social services support in a clear and trustworthy manner.
