At Praktiska, we set high standards to create the best conditions for educational and engaging training. Our teaching is characterized by flexibility, proximity, and practical learning. Our program offerings include: Real Estate, Refrigeration and HVAC, Industrial Welding and Operational Safety and Maintenance, and Child and Leisure Programs, as well as an introduction program. You will teach and mentor our students in HVAC and, together with other colleagues, will be part of a work team in the Real Estate program (VF). We see you as an important and driving force to develop both the program and the subject, with students in focus and in collaboration with colleagues. In addition to profession-specific tasks, you will, like other teachers at the school, have responsibilities including serving as a mentor and, together with your colleagues, coaching students both socially and academically throughout their three years at Praktiska Gymnasiet. We communicate primarily through Schoolsoft, StudyBee, and we work in a Google environment through sharing of digital documents, calendars, and planning.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone who is a certified vocational teacher in HVAC. We place great importance on personal qualities. If you lack teacher certification, you have the opportunity to apply for this position. In that case, you and the school's principal will jointly develop a plan for how you can become certified via the shortest path.
