You will have direct responsibility for our third-party logistics warehouses for Parts & Accessories in Stigamo and Norrk\u00f6ping, as well as indirect responsibility for other warehouses and transportation solutions used within aftermarket.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nManaging and developing the operational collaboration with our 3PL partners\nFollowing up delivery performance, service levels, costs and corrective actions\nAnalyzing and improving the end-to-end distribution chain through standardization and process development\nEnsuring high delivery quality, supporting On-Time-In-Full reporting and minimizing customer claims\nCollaborating with sales and indirect sourcing to meet market needs and support commercial requirements\n\nThis is a fixed-term position until 31 December 2027, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.\nAbout you\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nA couple of years of experience within supply chain\nA university degree in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience\nFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken\nExperience from warehouse and distribution operations is considered a plus\n\nTo succeed in this role, you are analytical, structured and comfortable working with data to identify areas for improvement. You take ownership of your responsibilities and have the ability to turn insights into practical actions.\nAs the role includes collaboration with several internal and external stakeholders, you are communicative and relationship-oriented, while also being able to challenge existing ways of working in a constructive manner.
