You will be part of the equestrian education team and actively participate in the team's development work and should therefore be able to work well with others, listen, and communicate. You should also participate in workplace meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.\nYou should actively work toward the school's values and, through collaboration with the rest of the school's staff, contribute to an interdisciplinary approach.\nWork Group\nOrganizationally, you will belong to the equestrian unit with instructors in both vocational and general upper secondary subjects, stable instructors, mentors, and student assistants.\nAbout You\nGreat emphasis is placed on your fit and ability to work in our team.
