The role suits you if you enjoy working with people, are confident in yourself, and are motivated by seeing others develop.\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for you who:\nhave a vocational certificate as a flooring installer\nhave strong practical and theoretical knowledge within the profession\nhave experience mentoring or training people over 16 years old, such as apprentices\nenjoy sharing your professional knowledge and developing others\nare flexible, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships.\n\nIf you have experience with tile setting, that is a merit. A teaching degree is not required, but is seen as a plus.
