Two of you teach the welding courses.\n\t\u2022 The assignment includes mentoring, arranging apprenticeships, and continuous follow-ups and visits to apprenticeship positions in the industry.\n\t\u2022 You have an interest in collaborating with colleagues to further develop the program and build strong relationships with industrial companies in the local area.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nVocational instructor certification or equivalent education. Other education or professional experience in the industrial technology field that is adequate for the position will be assessed by the employer. It is beneficial if you have previous experience teaching and\/or mentoring young people.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is confident both as a person and in your professional role, and who always puts the student's needs at the center. It is important that you are a team player with a solution-focused approach. You have an interest in further developing the education and building strong relationships with companies in the industrial sector.\n\nYou are a person who:\n\n\t\u2022 Has extensive experience in the industrial technology field with a focus on welding technology.\n\t\u2022 You have competence and experience working with all welding methods related to manufacturing, repair and assembly, as well as experience with various types of sheet metal work.\n\t\u2022 Recognizes and understands both the individual student's and the group's needs, and plans and adapts instruction accordingly.\n\t\u2022 Has a strong ability to build safe professional relationships with students and their guardians.\n\t\u2022 Enjoys working with other teachers and professionals at the school to create favorable conditions for students to achieve their goals.\n\t\u2022 Has the ability and willingness to create motivation and interest in learning among students.\n\t\u2022 Is a flexible person who enjoys working in a team.\n\t\u2022 Has a drive to develop the education program and the ability to work independently with the assignment.\n\nA driver's license (category B) is required.\n\nWe place great emphasis on personal qualities and good references.
