You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with applicable guidelines and adapt it to students' different circumstances and needs. Through clear and relational leadership, you contribute to a learning environment where students feel safety, work peace, and motivation to develop.\nThe assignment includes mentoring a group of students, where you are a present and supportive adult who follows students' development, identifies needs, and contributes to a safe and functional school day.\nThe role as a vocational instructor involves collaboration with external partners and responsibility for students' workplace-based training (APL).
