The ventilation specialization at Lindholmens Technical Gymnasium is Sweden's first industry-certified ventilation education within an HVAC college.\n\nWork Responsibilities\n\nAs a vocational instructor with us, you plan, implement, and develop teaching together with your colleagues in your work team.\n\nYou will primarily teach subjects within the ventilation specialization and partly within HVAC and building systems subjects. We would especially appreciate if you have experience in multiple areas such as HVAC, refrigeration, building management, but most importantly in the ventilation field.\n\nYou work with practical and varied teaching where student development is at the center, and you provide continuous feedback to help them reach their full potential.\n\nAn important part of the role is contact with the working world, and you will, among other things:\n\nOversee students' work-based learning (APL).\nCollaborate with companies regarding APL placements.\nHave dialogue with APL supervisors and companies.\nParticipate in industry boards to develop education in line with industry needs.\n\nYou thereby become an important link between school and working life.\n\nThe role also includes mentoring where you support students in their studies and development.
